Kim excelled academically by graduating as Head Girl of Queen’s College, Top Business Student at College of The Bahamas and Honours Graduate of University of Miami. Excitedly her professional journey at Deloitte led her to Wall Street, where she managed audits for their largest real estate client globally, Blackstone Group. Returning home, she quickly distinguished herself as a female appraiser approved by all major banks — a major testament to her reputation for excellence, integrity, and leadership in a competitive field.
Beyond professional successes, Kim is deeply passionate about community and mentorship. She pioneered a highly televised dance studio for ages 3 to 73. Served over 12 years as Director of the AIDS Foundation, advocating for education, awareness, and care. As Director and past International Chair of the Bahamas Real Estate Association, and sole Bahamian member of Geneva Group International Real Estate Team, Kim proudly represents The Bahamas on the global stage —empowering women, advancing ethical leadership, and proving that excellence and empathy can go hand in hand.
