Mrs. Kim Kikivarakis-Dillett is an Honours graduate of the University of Miami and the College of The Bahamas (now The University of The Bahamas) and was also the Head Girl of Queens College High School. She is a very experienced Real Estate Broker and Licensed Appraiser with the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and has over 20 years in the real estate field. She serves on the Bahamas Real Estate Board as a Director. She is a REALTOR © and an international member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) of the United States.
She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has worked for several years at a senior level for Deloitte in Nassau Bahamas before her transfer to the Real Estate Group for Deloitte in New York City where she gained extensive experience and knowledge of Real Estate developments, real estate investing, appraisals, property management and sales markets. Her appraisal portfolio is extensive and includes Albany, Lyford Cay, Ocean Club Estates and numerous developments, commercial buildings and specialized properties.
